Free Pet Weighing Service available in Store

All our staff at Stan’s Pet Needs are able to offer you with free help and advice on how to control your pet's weight (whether it needs to be reduced or increased). The weighing scales are free for customer use and are ideal if you need to weigh your pet to calculate tablet dosages etc.

Pet Nutrition

All our staff at Stan's Pet Needs are trained to give help and advice on pet nutrition for Cats and dogs. Also we are able to provide samples of some of our products for you to take home and try.

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. So if you get home and the new pet bed doesn't match the wallpaper or the hamster doesn't like her new cage we will refund you in full, no problem. We cannot issue a refund without proof of purchase so please keep hold of your till receipt.

Its not always possible to keep every product that is available in stock, so if there is something that you need for your pet we will do our best to find if its available and if we are able to we can order most things in for you
